Luckily the food was more entertaining than the SuperBowl. Menu was bacon onion rings with home made bacon that have been making the rounds, Detroit style pizza and beef ribs. All cooked on my Horizon offset. With use of the deflector plate I was able to cook the pizza at 500 degrees and the beef ribs at 275. Food coma that rivaled the Chiefs OL. 20210207_072726_resized.jpg 20210207_123733_resized.jpg 20210207_130327_resized.jpg 20210207_131717_resized.jpg 20210207_134220_resized.jpg 20210207_135300_resized.jpg 20210207_140220_resized.jpg 20210207_150049_resized.jpg 20210207_150054_resized.jpg 20210207_152146_resized.jpg 20210207_152159_resized.jpg

Definitely a solid spread. Maybe that would have motivated them! Looks tasty!

Dang some awesome looking food! I think I would still be sleeping!

All looks excellent. Beef Ribs stole the show. I'm of the same opinion re the Chiefs OL, or lack thereof.
