So thanks to the folks over at TVWBB I was able to find the missing piece to my 96 MT that I restored. With the thermometer shroud installed I was motivated to try out some wings. I did some debating between the vortex or char baskets and decided that $20 was better than $50. Today I fired it all up and got some killer wings prepped. All I used was some olive oil and some seasoning from a local meat market chain, and then tomorrow I’ll reheat and sauce em up in the air fryer.

Wings look great , so does the kettle . Where did you get the handles ?
Thanks. The handles were actually from eBay after finding the same seller on Etsy. They’re white oak and we’re only $11 a piece but seem to be sold out right now. I’d anticipate as the weather warms up more will be posted

Thanks . Was wondering because I've been making some . Got a couple sets in the shop .
Those wings look great . Doing some today myself .
