What does everyone have on their menu for the big game this Sunday?

Still trying to decide myself. Did wings last year and I think pulled pork the year before. So far I have seen some great deals on meat in the local flyers this week!

Ill be doing pulled pork and the "Moinks" that I posted in this old thread. Wife will be doing the poppers and potato salad from this post as well.

Well I was gonna make a big batch of chili and some jalapeno cheddar cornbread. They just changed the weather forecast though. A couple days ago it was supposed to be mid 50's and cloudy. Now they are saying mid 70's and sunny. Now I'm not so sure. Got some friends coming over for a massive steak dinner Saturday so may not be in the mood for steaks two nights in a row. I might have to think about things all over again.

Decisions, decisions....

I'm doing a brisket and I am pretty sure that I am going to do up some pig shots. Then there will be chips + dip, homemade mac n cheese, probably some deviled eggs and or potato salad. There will be lots of leftovers for several awesome meals from that spread. Plus, I am planning on making burnt ends with some of the point.

Spare Ribs on the MB Charcoal smoker, if I can get some Hickory flavor into them. (still learning this thing and experimenting). Shrimp cocktail. Calzone from Robert tx smoker tx smoker 's post last week. Bruscetta, mozzarella cheesesticks, 1-2 other things not decided yet. Very minimal amounts of each as there's just the 2 of us this year.

Well, my SB plans got changed. had 2 folks I work with both lost parents yesterday. And with current situation funerals are pushed back. So long story short. my office is short Sunday. So....I'm working OT. But I do expect lots of pics so I can drool over y'alls cooks.

Good thread and some great ideas. Chips and guacamole or queso for an app sounds really good. Maybe doing chicken wings or brisket with a side or 2 for the main meal. Have a brisket in the freezer, so have to thaw it out soon lol.

Was gonna do some ribs and Mac and cheese but high temps for Sunday -10°. Gonna suck up a lot of pellets if I decide to go thru with it. :emoji_thinking:

What is option #2? I would spin a turkey on the SM and sit on the patio drinking beers and watching the game.

Well Dave has two of my major food groups covered.

Tracy: Do you really need a 12-pack for one football game?
Me: But baby, it's not a 12-pack, it's a support group.

That's my story...
Robert

Only 12? Better make it 18...you aint driving!

Pork spare ribs & Jalapeño poppers from the cooker, BBQ baked beans, Potato Salad with some fresh Guacamole & chips. Bourbon & Beer are always welcome additions as well :) Gonna keep it small & simple. This will be a historic SB! Excited to watch.

Man that all sounds great! Going for Brady or Mahomes?

Sounds like a hell of a plan to me! I am thinking about doing a brisket and burnt ends myself. Mac and cheese and chips and dip go along I don't think it can go wrong!

That's a hell of a spread Mike! I like it!
