Made a half-sheet deep dish sausage, pepperoni, onion, and garlic pizza last night. Made the sauce on Thursday for maximum flavor development. Had a couple pieces last night. Plenty left for the game.

Snacks will be corn chips, crackers, and guacamole. Also, my wife and I went to a university-sponsored honey class earlier this week. After a lesson on bees and honey elements, they paired honey and cheeses. Wow. A new taste sensation. So, after a wallet draining trip to a local Whole-Foods-like grocery store, we put fancy cheeses, unique honeys, and some pricy crackers on the snack menu. We'll pretend we're in a foo-foo fancy sky-box watching the game.

Pork shots are done. Man it was tough getting them to hold together this time. The center cut bacon was thinner and split in the middle when I was wrapping, but boy they still taste most excellent.

Made a small feast - I found BGKYSmoker BGKYSmoker Post for Mexican lasagna and made that ( Mexican friends and Puerto Rician wife and family LOVED it ) Also made burnt ends, Chiccarones made from the skin off the belly, a basic meatball in BBQ & Grape Jelly and then Pig Shots. Had the same issue as gmc2003 gmc2003 kept trying to split and didn't want to wrap all the way around - I ended up using 2 toothpicks to hold together.
