My dad had a family get together on Sunday because a cousin of his from Ireland came to visit. So my contribution was fatties. Bubba, I did take pics but didn't check them before everything was done. So they all came out BAD. I do have the sliced pics on my phone, but no thingy to connect to my PC to load. Anyway....
#1 3/4lb Italian sausage, 3/4lb ground turkey, wild rice, mushroooms sauteed with garlic, craisins, slivered almonds (I got this idea from a previous fatty post, but cannot remember from who, sorry)
#2 1.5 lb pork sausage, fresh spinach, roasted red peppers, asiago cheese
#3 1.5 pork sausage, scrambled eggs, fried taters and shredded mexican cheese blend
All wrapped in bacon and smoked at 250* with a little mesquite and oak until internal was 165*
They all turned out wonderfully.
Once again, SMF has made me a hit with the family, they were devoured!
