i smoked a pepper stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon, along with some chicken legs and thighs. why does the wind have to blow 20-25 mph, on the onliest day you have off, makes for a bad smoking day. but i got threw it.
on my lang smoker.

here it is when its all done, rubed with jeffs rub and very tasteeeee.

Wind bother you , get some Plywood and build a portable windbreak, and you can defeat your problems.

They look very good. As well as Poblanos they work well with Hungarian Hot Wax peppers too. These are not very hot but do have a little bit of heat bite in them.
