While the ladies are at the store shopping for a Thanksgiving turkey,  I thought it would be a good time to throw a few slabs of ribs on the smoker.

I'm using a savory garlic rub on these ribs and will be using the good ol' tried and true 3-2-1 method at a smoker temp of 235 degrees.

The A-MAZE-N smoker is 2/3 filled with hickory.  This is gonna be good!

Looks great so far! I have been on a SPOG only kick with my ribs lately and I am loving the savory style. My family and friends seem to enjoy the change of pace too.

After 3 hours in the smoke. The ribs are wrapped up in foil with a splash of ACV. and back in the smoker for 2 more hours.

After 2 hours in foil they are unwrapped and put back on the grate for the final one hour.

Oh yeah....
