Thighs, drumsticks, & cornish hens. Should be ready for halftime. Mayo & lemon pepper rub on thighs. Olive oil & lemon pepper on drumsticks. Olive oil & Jeff's rub on the cornish hens. Cherry wood @ 240 - 250 degrees.
