Used my standard SD recipe and added:
85g sundried tomatoes
125g graded parm
3g dried Italian seasoning

the rise was a little weak, likey due to me rushing the starter. But flavor is good.

Looks fantastic! The wife is getting into sourdough and each thing she makes gets better and better. I'll have to share this with her, can't wait to try it.

5 grams of active yeast helps that . Still keeps the sourdough flavor and texture .

I do all mine like that , and I see some at the store that sure look like they do too .
I needed to standardise my results , and make it doable for me . I'm breaking down primals , grinding meat and making sausage , working in the shop and so on . I need to be able to bake the bread when I'm ready .
