This is the first shoulder I have done in the used cookshack I picked up Monday.11 pounds, 19 hours at 225 with hickory. Sprayed it a couple times with Apple juice towards the end. I have to say this came out amazing. The bark was perfect and the meat just fell apart. I think I have overdosed on pork.

Should have made 2, that way you would have leftovers. Those cookshacks are great cookers, I really like mine, it is just one of the small ones about 12 years old and never an issue.

That looks really good man!

I am prepping two more tonight for Saturday's cookout. This was just the trial run. A tasty one at that.:grilling_smilie:
