Made some sub buns from my sourdough starter. Not shaped as I had hoped but they will work just fine. Flour used was half bread flour and half Brule Creek stone milled whole wheat flour. Need to work on shaping the buns LOL

I don't use high hydration (AKA true sourdough) for making buns and rolls. I use discard for the flavor.
My shaping sucks compared to yours.
