Hello:
I am going to pull the trigger and get Stretch within the next few months, and I am trying to get ideas on how best to get it around for on-site catering, competitions, etc. For those of you with a Stretch, or any vertical smoker that you use for off-site cooking....how do you get it around? I was thinking of getting a trailer customized with a lift gate to raise/lower the smoker for loading and unloading, but I don't know if they even make those. A toy hauler is another option, but it's an expensive option.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
