Misplaced my 1/2" tube.

Will 21mm collagen casings be OK on 11/16 tube? Thanks

11/16 inches =17.5 mm
It appears it will not work with the casings you want to use.

Go smaller on the tube (if you have one) and just apply a little more pressure and you should be fine but it will require a little more work on the stuffer.

Also a FYI when stuffing via very small tubes. It's a very good idea to add an extra amount of a liquid at stuffing time to loosen up the mix. It's harder on the equipment to force sausage through those really small diameter tubes. I have seen photos where people have broken their plunger plate in half forcing dryer mix too fast. I always add extra 'juice' when making snack sticks for that very reason. This is especially true with those 10mm tubes!!!
