.5C Bell Pepper, chopped fine
1 T (heaping) Garlic, minced
1T Cayenne powder

Oh wow I'm all about some of that! I have done moinks before but not like that...i would have to mod the recipe a little for my house hold we will be doing some of those soon!

The last time I tried this, it came out salty but I put a pork rub all over the outside of them. I'd like to try them again this way

I cooked till the bacon was done, then glazed with BBQ sauce.
