Stromboli is basically a Pizza Rolled up.
Pepperoni thin sliced

Dough @ room temp

Cheese

Rolled up egg washed ready for 425°F oven

Cut a little to soon cheese ran out

Charlie Thanks the UMAi is worth getting I only bought the bags & Bactoferm T-SPX 0.5 g. It taste fantastic easy to make,I had my own seasonings.They come with recipes and how to do it.Thanks for the Like I appreciate it

Adam Thanks the UMAi is worth getting I only bought the bags & Bactoferm T-SPX 0.5 g. It taste fantastic easy to make,I had my own seasonings.They come with recipes and how to do it.I used the 70 mm for these.
