Great looking Stromboli, John!!
Like.
I remember drinking from a Beer can with 1979 PITTSBURGH PIRATES World Series Champs ----"WE ARE FAMILY" ----Iron City Beer Can.

Question: Do the slits in the top of the 'Boli serve a purpose? Something I should be doing?

Cool,

When Continental Can in West Mifflin PA was manufacturing the cans for Iron City I was able to get the metal with the Steelers and Pirates championship teams' pictures on them before the metal was actually rolled into a can.

The slits are for allowing any steam to escape from the dough pocket to avoid any explosion disasters.

Thanks for the Like my friend,

John

Straub, from St. Mary's was also good. I grew up on the PA/OH line and was stuck with crappy 3/2 beer back in the day😤

One of my early college roommates was from St. Marys and introduced me to Straub Beer. I have been drinking it ever since and even had several opportunities to tour the brewery.

Pretty Neat!

Man your making me hungry. That crust/dough looks perfect!

Thanks, appreciate the kind words,

John
