strip steaks, onion rings and hush puppies with g-view

got some strip steaks at kroger today and make some vidalia onion rings and homeade hush puppies. It was'nt smoked but it was good.

put a little meat tenderizer on them, some cbp, and some granulated garlic. ran the grill up to 500, oiled the grates, and cooked them 5 minutes on each side, turned them after a minute to get a nice sear pattern.
