Been thundering and raining off and on all day glad I put the smoker under cover. Doing a big Brisket I had to cut to fit into the smoker a fatty for lunch and meatloaf x 2 for dinner tonight.

Jerry - glad to see the rain ain't stoppin' ya from firin' up the smoker. We're having the rain hit us on the coast, as well, and it's much needed.

Those are great pics of some great grub, so far!! Definitely interested in how the brisket turns out ... yum ...

meatloaf slices have a great smoke ring on them and the brisket is sure to be great when it's finally sliced. So far, successful smokes for this rainy Saturday!
