Finally Done
Here is brisket one fixing to be pulled

Brisket two ready to slice

Sliced the dark spots is where the injection went

This is the AuJus just out of the foil no drip pans in smoker will wait for it to cool then get the rest of the fat off the top

All in all not a bad day brisket two stalled about 2 1/2 hours and I don't think I get as much of a smoke ring as I'd have liked

BBQGoddess the daughter and I don't like meatloaf but the wife and son in law do so the first time I did one I had a back up plan but we both decided it wasn't bad and skipped the back up plan. This time I knew we would eat it still not my favorite but not bad. I will not eat one out of the oven tho.

My nine year old hates meat loaf but I conviced her to try the smoked one and she said she liked it. My oldest daugther tore it up but she's like her dad any thing cooked in smoke has to be good.
