Hmmmm,  I made way too much dry brine  (Salt/Brown Sugar) with fresh minced garlic and need to store it away.  Since it has fresh garlic mixed in, can I simply ziplock bag it and put it up in the cupboard or could / should I freeze it. is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
