Storage of equipment?

I live in Georgia and wondering if there are any issues with storing my grinder, stuffer and dehydrator in the garage?

Nope! Just make sure to spray the carbon steel items with a food grade silicone or oil them with a food safe oil. The oils get a bit sticky after a bit of time. If possible, put them into a large tote with a cover to prevent critters from taking up residence.

Prior to use, wash everything well (as normal) and get busy!
