Looking good N,,,, safe travels,,, quick question are you using any water?? or just mixing dry,,, If you are using water it looks like a very small amount Ay

The past few batches i have made i only use water on my gloved hands while mixing. I get a better end product without all the AW to be smoked out the meat.
