Stir Fried Green Beans with Ground Pork (豆角炒肉末)

I'll add to current trend of Asian Recipes

Stir Fried Green Beans with Ground Pork (豆角炒肉末)​

Mixed 4 ounces of ground pork with 1 Tablespoon Shaoxing Wine, 1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce and 1/2 Teaspoon ground Ginger and let sit to marinate 5 min.

1/4 cup green onions

1 Teaspoon sugar with 2 Tablespoons Gochujang.

Fresh Green Beans cut up in bite size pieces

1 Tablespoon oil heating in pan

Added green onions to start cooking

Added the marinated pork

Once the pork is cooked, added in the Gochujang and Sugar

Added in chopped up fresh Green Beans

All ready!

Long grain white rice cooked in Beef Broth

Topped with the mixture.

Added some Sesame Seeds
