Thinly sliced beef, then marinated with 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp seasoning powder, 1/2 tsp soup powder, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp 2 teaspoons of coffee with sugar to make the beef crispy. And so that the beef does not become liquid when sautéing, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil to marinate the meat. Marinate the beef for at least 15 minutes so that the meat soaks up the flavors.

When making stir-fried beef, you need to choose the tenderloin part so that the meat is soft, not dry, but still crispy.

Celery, leeks, onions, carrots and peppers are the vegetables used in this dish.
Celery, leeks cut the root, remove the deep and wilted leaves, then wash and soak in salted water for about 5 minutes. Then rinse with water to clean, then cut the length of 2 joints.

Peel the onion, cut off the root bud, cut it in half, then cut the areca into small pieces. Or lay half an onion horizontally and cut into thin slices.

Peel the carrots, use half the tubers, cut them into petals or cut them into strips.

Peppers, washed, cut diagonally.

Garlic peeled, chopped. The ginger is washed, cut off from the withered and blackened parts, then crushed and chopped. Add some ginger, minced garlic to marinate with beef until fragrant.

How to make stir-fried beef with celery
To make delicious beef stir-fries, stir-fry the beef and the ingredients separately.

First, put 1 tbsp of cooking oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add half of the minced garlic and ginger to fry until fragrant. Then add the beef to the stir fry. Sauté the beef over high heat, sauté quickly so the beef is not tough. Sauté until the meat is browned and turns pale pink.

Turn off the heat, put the beef in a separate bowl.
Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the pan and sauté the beef, sauté the remaining minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Then add the carrots.

Sauté the carrots over medium-low heat for about 1 minute, until the carrots are cooked, add the onions and sauté.

At this point, increase the temperature, sauté the onions for a few moments until the onions are cooked, then add the celery and leeks.

Mix well and season with seasonings to taste, including oyster sauce, monosodium glutamate. Adjust the amount of seasoning to your taste. Here, I add 1/2 tsp seasoning powder, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp MSG, and 1 tsp fish sauce.

After seasoning, sauté another 10 seconds, then add the beef, stir another 10 seconds over high heat, sprinkle with a little pepper, mix well and turn off the heat.

Nice. Thanks for joining and immediately sharing a post from your very own forum. Do you not get enough attention on your own site?

It would be helpful if when seeing these spam posts (I removed the spam but you can figure it out) you would "Report" them Staff tries to eliminate them before they actually show up on the site but sometimes they do get through and we probably will not see it unless someone "Reports" it.
