Still learning my smoker

Yesterday was quite a test for me and my masterbuilt propane smoker. I'm fairly new to the smoking game. Yesterday I did a Boston butt for the first time. Took a lot longer than I had planned but the end result was great. I know I have a lot to learn but this was my first all day smoke. Frustrating at times but I learned a lot.

It gets easier every time!

I suggest keeping a notebook on each smoke, so you can look back & see what you did right & what you would change the next time.
