Nothing special just thought I'd share. Made a batch of meat yesterday for some sticks. Used the lem hot stick seasoning mix with a good amount of homemade habanero powder added in for extra heat. Let the meat mixture sit the recommended 4 hours and then stuffed. Let them hang out in the beer fridge overnight and threw them on at 8 this morning. Did half the batch yesterday those were not cased because I ran out and I actually like the size better coming straight from the stuffer. Here is a pic of the ones from this morning stuffed in 21mm casings.
