Sticks To Make

Going to have my time taking care of my wife next week

So i gotta get these sticks done. I have 2, 3 pound batches to make.

First batch.
Got 3 pounds of 80/20 ground beef mixed up with Sans Egal stick mix.

Sans Egal is mix from Townsend Spice & Supply in Arkansas.

In the fridge for stuffing tomorrow.

Wife had surgery yesterday. Took the tumor out but it spread to her lymph nodes under her arm which they removed. She will need radiation and chemo.

Tossed the meat this morning, have to take care of her 1st.
