Stick starting to Smoke

Hi everyone,

I am from IL. I had a little smoker for a year, and tried a couple of things in it. I just got a Brinkman Gourmet Smoker and I am looking forward to smoking a lot more things. I heard of this forum from Oneshot. I have read a few recipes and I can't wait to try them. I will keep you posted how they turn out.
