Steak Authentication certificate with nose print

A friend sent me this when he bought a steak, he got a certificate about the beast who provided the steak, even has its nose print!

Anyone else seen one of these?

Nose print of a cow? When did that become a “thing”?
I have a printer too, I can produce that certificate as well.
Try buying beef from a man with a registered brand, that I know is official.
Awh, it’s Japanese. Never mind.

Thats one of them steaks I can only dream of buying/eating. If it comes with a pedigree its gotta be expensive.

That's an A5 Waygu....wish I could get my hands on one of those.....would prefer a rib-eye, but that would do nicely

Charcoal and hickory fire, Suckle Busters 1836 rub , 130=135 would work very well.
