Throwing some steak in the mix and switching from Hollandaise to Bernaise to compliment the meat. Keto English muffin , spinach , pancetta, medium rare filet mignon, poached egg and a ramp butter based bernsaise sauce. I harvested the ramps last year and put up a couple pounds of ramp butter. Worked spectacularly in the sauce.

Oh my God Jeff, another absolutely beautiful creation!! Just gorgeous and over the top creative. One can't help but think that was an incredibly good meal. I know I'd be all over it, that's for sure. Great job buddy.
