Fired up big bertha this morning. Three briskets (one a prime from Costco), baby back slab, link of Slovacek's sausage, baked beans with my home made bacon, and potato salad. Just waiting on the briskets that I wrapped up in peach butcher paper. The third picture was cut off for sample (me)
