Got started on the outdoor kitchen this weekend finally. The weather here has been rain every time I’ve had time to work on it. I’m hoping after the concrete is poured I’ll get more opportunity to work on it.

At least it’s started!

I'll follow along, you'll love it. As a thought you may already know, get your concrete dyed. The cost is cheap enough, there's plenty of colors available, and then the color goes all the way through.

Here's mine I just got mine mostly completed...

Still need gutters, blinds and different furniture...

Very Nice! I'll be glad when I get as far along as you. I've got a long way to go...

I'd like to use the dye but I'm extending an existing patio so it will have to match that.

Even with plumbing stubbed in. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress

A working sink with hot water and drain is epic. I see you are in Indiana. What is your plan for freezing weather?

I'm putting a shut off valve inside so I can winterize for the bad month's. I still have to figure out some way to blow air thru to get all of the water out though.
Maybe overcomplicated, but could you put a wye with an air hose fitting on the line with a valve that's closed, and only open the valve after you've turned off the supply when you're going to blow down for the winter?

Kind of like a sewer clean out, but with a valve since the water would be under pressure.

Might also work without an air hose fitting if you kludge it a bit and seal with a wet towel during blow down.
