Started my "stack UDS" today

Seen a build by jno51. He build a "Stack UDS"  I got two drums so why not.

Was a nice day here today so went out to get started on it.

Here it is cut apart. The bottom half of the drum (left side) I will make into a small UDS.

Top half (right) will go on top of my other drum

Yes, I want to add at least 2 more racks. Also have it set up to hang sausage or bacon.

No its from a cheap grill . Think I got it for around $29 on sale.
