One question when u are done smoking it how long should it rest for and do u wrap it in foil
 
Mine was wrapped for about 40 min total. Sliced and grilled at 500F for just enough to warm up a little except mother in law taken to well done ish. Rest served med. Didn't get the money shot. Mom in law burnt taters so I threw In helping salvage those.
