get a really cool drum and have it heat the meat running on pellets and you have somthing most others dont have I love mine

Unless you get one for free you might as well buy a Lang or some other cooker, lat time I checked a ss barrel was way over $400 NEW

I am new to the whole UDS thing, what types of industries use ss drums? Where would you start to look for them if not buying new?
I was just starting to kick around the idea of a UDS project for the spring, ss would be nice! but not at 400-500
