Just put on the smoker

spritzing with apple cider before wrap

first coat of sauce and added brauts, one one the left is spicy sauce

final product dinner time , 5 hrs on 225

Thanks it was a last minute decision , I went to wally world and they had these ribs marked down to $7 a pack so I couldn't resist. this is my first time doing St Louis style ribs. they were fall off the bone 30 min before I though the should.

Thanks B , I always have to make one slab spicy so I know ill get some , My grand daughter can eat her weight in ribs . The smoke in the brauts went almost all the way through them. First but not last time ill smoke those
