Came across a rack of St. Louis Style on sale at Food Lion for $11. Decided to try something different so I wanted to smoke these ribs by using the indirect method with lump charcoal on my old fashioned charcoal grill for a change. OH. MY. GOODNESS. did this ever turn out awesome.

Rubbed them down with olive oil and Bad Byron's Butt Rub.

Set the grill up with a drip pan, piece of apple wood, and a small pile of lump charcoals.

Put them on when it hit 235...

After they took smoke for 2 hours I wrapped in foil and rubbed with brown sugar, parkay butter, and honey..

Let them cook in foil for an hour, and then put back on the bare rack for another hour.

Wrapped and let them rest for 3 hours before eat.

Spritzed every 30 min with apple juice and apple cider vinegar...

Some of the best ribs I've ever fixed.....

Melted in your mouth!!!!

Congrats!! Those look pretty fantastic to me. Nothing like knocking it out of the park with simple tools and a can do attitude.
