JJ, hands down, your foiling sauce was a bigger hit. I've done them Trigg style successfully for a long time, but our new favorite is that JJ Juice recipe of yours. And I thickened the leftover sauce enough to use it for a very tasty dippin' sauce at the table.The Ribs look great. Out of curiosity...What was the Family preference, Triggs Style or JJ Juice?...JJ

After reading this thread I figured I'd try something different too so went with your foiling recipe yesterday. Very nice, chef, and neighbors all raved over the ribs and pulled pork. Thanks.
