Hello all, I'm a Realtor in St. Louis, MO and have been smoking foods for almost 2 years now. Started out with an electric smoker (I'm a cheater) but now had a Green Egg. I like talking BBQ and getting input from others so that's why I joined. Doing a brisket overnight and look forward to posting some pics if I can figure out how. :grilling_smilie:
