...were on the menu for a crowd. Not too many pictures, but here it is.

2 racks rubbed with a KC style rub I make and 1 with Fire & Smoke Pork Perfect that a guest had and wanted to try...

Also made a few poppers which were stuffed with seasoned cream cheese and topped with some pulled BBQ chicken thigh meat and then wrapped and dusted with an all purpose rub. Another pan of Dutch Dutch Wicked Baked Beans with peaches, too...

Some roasted green beans (we seem to eat a lot of these, but they are a family favorite), a pineapple casserole, and some fresh sweet corn sauted with bacon, diced red peppers, diced jalapenos, and red onions...

Ribs were smoked for about 5 hours or so on my offset with white oak, poppers for about 2, and the beans were maybe 3...

Sorry, but no plated shots. I got lazy and there were 20 people here trying to fix their plates... Let's eat...
