heres the finish they came out great i was hoping for a less black color but i didn't foil them, cooked about 200 for about 6 hours
 
Been there and done that...
 
used cherry wood and they were almost too tender falling off the bone, if that's possible? but they were my best yet! i guess foil is the only way to keep them from turning a black color?
