Hi everyone
i enjoyed looking at Disco's post so much about doing ribs with no foil i decided to have a rib feast myself. side ribs are on sale here where i am for $2.49 lb at Safeway so i picked up a pack and cut them up them St Louis Style myself. saved the pieces and smoking them too.
Dutch's Baked Beans seems to be a staple around here when ever i do ribs of any kind and where there are beans there is cornbread.
as for the ribs i used Jeffs Rub. Dutch's beans "my style" ... meaning i follow the recipe but a larger batch and a little more generous with some of the goodies that go in it !!!
the corn bread is a mish mash of different recipes that i came up with and seems pretty good..
