Hi everyone

i enjoyed looking at Disco's post so much about doing ribs with no foil i decided to have a rib feast myself. side ribs are on sale here where i am for $2.49 lb at Safeway so i picked up a pack and cut them up them St Louis Style myself. saved the pieces and smoking them too.

Dutch's Baked Beans seems to be a staple around here when ever i do ribs of any kind and where there are beans there is cornbread.

as for the ribs i used Jeffs Rub. Dutch's beans "my style" ... meaning i follow the recipe but a larger batch and a little more generous with some of the goodies that go in it !!!
the corn bread is a mish mash of different recipes that i came up with and seems pretty good..

Great looking vittles Goliath. When I do ribs and beans in the GOSM, I place the beans under the ribs so the beans can catch the dripping from the ribs. Also, after about two hours of smoke, I'll dice up some of the thinner trimmings and add those to the beans as well.
