I have do a lot of ss I stuffed it let it sit 24 in frig.i have a lot to do can I stuff on Thursday and let it sit in frig till sat then smoke it ?

Forgot to mention I using ac leggs seasoning

No problem at all. As long as you do it within a few days you should be fine. After that you'll start losing moisture.

You're at about the max I would go before smoking. The fibrous casings won't lose moisture as fast as others, but they will lose some.

If you want to keep them from drying out, you may want to put the tubes in Saran Wrap, or a ziplock.

I decided to wait till tonight and stuffed 30# will do 30 more tomorrow while Iam smoking first batch thanks all for the help!
