Going in the fridge for a couple days. psssp.JPG BGKYSmoker Sep 8, 2012 Pastrami SS Recipe. 5 lbs of 80/20 GCH 4 t non iodized salt 4 t light corn syrup 4 t black peppercorns, cracked 1 level t cure 1 1 t onion powder 1 t garlic powder 1/2 t cayenne 1/2 t paprika 1/2 t oregano (you can grind into powder if you like) 1/4 t allspice 1/4 t ginger powder 1 cup distilled water 3/4 cup NFPDM Mix in your normal way and incorporate into meat

The one small chub i saved for myself is gone. The other chubs are only 2 left that i made for the guy in the park.
