Ok the wife found this at the Costco up the road from us....... glad its at the one up the road and not the one in town or I would need a second mortgage to pay for my supply....It is tender and tasty!

I agree! I need to look, but I’m hoping they don’t carry it here! That sounds too good to be true!

It’d be my first taste of Wagyu besides the tsllow🤣

Don't do it Jed...... after Wagyu, choice can taste like plate steel...... Genetics is a thing!

I'm just glad I'm not a beef jerky eater. I have a habit overindulging.

I must be lost---Why would anybody use Wagyu to make Jerky?

Well, its called using all the product.... the local grocery always has ground Wagyu and we get it from time to time. The flavor is just un matched to even ground chuck or ground brisket.
Have to ask. How much was it?
It was 14 bills. 2 bills less than the C-Store variety brand of the same size. It was way more tender than the C-Store stuff!
