Split chicken breast

Harris Teeter had split chicken breast on sale for .99 a pound. Had to get a couple. Decided I'd do one tonight. Put a foil pack of apple on the gas grill and letting it ride at 350*
Got at least another 30 min or so before it's ready

I just wouldn’t go over 165. Actually pulling at 160 and wrapping will get you to 165 with the carryover. It’s good to leave some life in the breast so they are done but juicy.
