Did split breasts for the first time. Did a simple brine (salt, water, bay leaves, onion, and garlic) and set them soak for 4 hours. Two of them are deboned and tied back because the Mrs. isn't a fan of bone on meat and this is our compromise. Threw a rub on them. They cooked for 3.5 hours before they hit 165. I thought they would hit that in 1.5-2 hours. Anyway, we'll see how they are shortly.
