Not a lot of pics I needed to get these cooked! Seasoned with mesquite seasoning from GFS cherry and pecan for the smoke. These were nice and tasty and very tender in less then three hours.

 
Ribs look good.  Did you try the OctoForks yet?  You'll be able to do them vertically.

Thanks Al, I still got another rack still! They were only $1.55# but a store has baby backs buy one get one free so I'll be checking them out!
