Everything about these were dead on with what I wanted. FINALLY!! The spicy vinegar really livened things up. The heat was there. But not as much as I was thinking it would be. And that's fine. This batch is going to go awesome with some beer. Using the 4-5-5 method in the instant pot left me with perfectly cooked eggs. The yolks were nice and creamy. Not at the least dried out like I've had before with other cooking methods. Two thumbs up. Though, I do feel sorry for my wife!
