Grilled spicy chicken wings.

Patted wings dry and coated them in Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp and Crab Boil and then seasoned them with Grill Mates Brown Sugar and Bourbon Seasoning.

Grilled 10 minutes then flipped and another 10 minutes... slightly missed the target IT as they hit 172F.

Look great and love the char ..lie ! How was the flavor ? Sweet heat ?
More of a salty heat.. I'll try it again and marinate the wings longer in the crab boil.. I really just poured it on while the grill was heating

Looks good to me. I like just a little char on my wings. I’ve been grilling mine as of late because of that little char and they are not dried out like on the smoker or air fryer.

The crab boil contributed to that char... along with the brown sugar mix... my personal preference is Sake Wings which are super crispy and moist inside

Honestly you didn’t overshoot the temp on the wings. Wings are most tender between 170-175. I’ve hit 180 and they were still juicy and very tender. Dark meat on chicken takes a higher temp for tender finish.
